DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
Delivery
We use the Royal Mail or, for heavier orders within the United Kingdom, ParcelForce to undertake our deliveries to you. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Delivery Charges
Do remember that all the Quistel products are fluids - this means that there is a direct relationship between the volume ordered and its weight. We have chosen the lightest packaging that is both biodegradable (recyclable) and light!
Our website system will automatically charge you for delivery based on the weight of your total order as follows:

All International orders (deliveries outside the United Kingdom) which are under 2kg (4.4lbs) in weight are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Service.
Orders Weighing over 2kg to CI, Europe, Zones 1 & 2
Orders, where the delivery address is outside of mainland UK and Northern Ireland, which weigh more than 2kg (4.4lbs) are calculated as follows:

If you order 5ltr containers for delivery to the Rest of Europe or Zones 1 and 2 these will be shipped in smaller units as the cost of delivering single units weighing more than 2kgs (4.4lbs) is prohibitive.
You will still receive your full order but in a number of packages each weighing less than 2kg.
IMPORTANT
USA ORDERS : Orders to the USA are now taking a minimum of 4 or more working days to delivery, (excluding weekends & public holidays). This is due to delays caused by the US Homeland Defence regulations (FDA Prior Notice System) and is beyond our control.
Delays
If there is an undue delay in despatching your order, you will be notified by email.
Returns
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from us. The main reasons for returns are below, however we understand there may be reasons outside of these where you may need to return goods to us. Nothing in the Returns Policy affects your statutory rights, in general this means that you will retain the right to claim against us under the Sales of Goods Act (as amended) if the goods do not conform to the contract established between us when you purchase goods from us
Please examine your order immediately on arrival. Any problems or dissatisfaction with your order must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving or when you should have received your order. If we have made a mistake in shipping your order this will be rectified as soon as possible and any return carriage charges incurred by you, the customer, will be refunded.
Goods Faulty on Arrival
If you are reporting faulty goods within 7 days of receipt, and when the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Faulty Products
If you are reporting faulty product after 7 days of receipt, then there will be only very limited circumstances in which we will accept their return. Please contact us to discuss your particular situation before returning any product to us. This does not affect your rights to claim against us under the Sales of Goods Act (as amended) if the goods do not conform to the contract between us.
If You Have Changed Your Mind
If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to business customers), and the goods have not been in your possession for over 7 days, then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund on condition that you take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. In particular this means that you will:
Please note that, with the exception of mistakes made by us, the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer which means that return carriage costs are paid by you the customer.
